We are a multidisciplinary team with excellent knowledge of SAR and InSAR applications. Our core competency is processing radar imagery. We provide displacement measurements and mapping solutions that are used in a variety of sectors, including oil & gas, mining, civil engineering and geohazards.

In your role, you’ll apply your InSAR, GIS, and technical skills to assess and manage geospatial datasets and prepare professional reports and presentations for delivery to our clients. Creating value for our clients is always top of mind when we deliver projects. We do this by pairing a customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills, critical thinking, highly organized project management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Technical Expertise, Innovation & Data Analysis
- Conduct post-production of InSAR datasets using ESRI ArcGIS and/or internal tools to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Write clear, professional reports that effectively incorporate spatial data analysis and geographic information
- Collaborate and liaise with the data processing team to understand InSAR datasets and ensure they meet required quality standards
- Apply a creative approach to workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and actively developing or improving internal tools
Client Support
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships by liaising directly with a wide range of clients from different industries and countries
- Serve customers by providing product and service information, teaching the fundamentals of InSAR, and presenting results
- Help clients find the meaning in their data by breaking down complex results into practical, easy-to-understand insights that fit their specific background
Business Impact & Project Management
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines while delivering on commitments to clients
- Supporting sales and marketing by preparing material (presentations, case histories, white papers, etc.), attending company booths at tradeshows, as well as attending technical conferences
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Education & Experience requirements
- Post-secondary education in Geology, Geomatics, Civil, Geotechnical or Mine Engineering, or other related technical disciplines
- Knowledge of InSAR and remote sensing
- Good knowledge of ArcGIS software
- Strong communication skills
- C-level English knowledge (writing and speaking)
Bonus Assets & Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Knowledge of mining, oil&gas or civil engineering sectors
- Experience with other geospatial tools (GDAL, QGIS, Python)
- Knowledge of other surveying techniques
- Additional foreign languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Russian)

TRE ALTAMIRA is on the lookout for a Processing Operator to join our expanding Processing team. In this role, you will processes and analyzes satellite SAR images to deliver timely and high-quality information products to the clients and proactively proposes strategies to improve the efficiency of production procedures. The sound knowledge of SAR data processing, in particular conventional and advanced InSAR techniques are fundamental for this role.

- Process and analyze satellite SAR images with proprietary software (SqueeSAR®)
- Identify best processing strategies for each project, taking into account all factors that could affect the results
- Liaising with the Post-processing team to create deliverables that respect the Company quality standards
- Explore and suggest new techniques to improve products
- Support Sales department providing technical consultancy
- Define and improve the best practice of INSAR technology
IT and Language Skills

TRE ALTAMIRA is looking for a Senior Golang Developer who will work on our sophisticated software architecture. Specifically, you will be a key player in the SWIT team. This new role is crucial to support all the required system integrations. We are looking for motivated candidates, passionate about new technologies, problem-solving, and high-quality software development.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Take ownership of the back-end development, ensuring smooth integrations for our internal management software
- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs by writing efficient, clean, and scalable Go code
- Participate in maintaining and optimizing our current production systems and cloud-oriented components
- Work closely with front-end developers, mentoring junior team members and coordinating with staff within SWIT team
- Test and evaluate new programs, developing quality assurance procedures.
- Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics, identifying areas for modification in existing programs
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in back-end programming, with a strong focus and high proficiency in Go (Golang)
- Experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Experience with microservices architectures, containers (like Docker), and orchestrators (like Kubernetes or Openshift)
- Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Continuous Development (CI/CD), and version control systems like Git
- Experience with development processes based on testing (e.g., TDD, BDD) and Agile methodologies
